Hi, I’m Emily Fouts! I’m passionate about seeing the next generation understand and learn about the science of food. We need to know how God created foods, how to preserve them and how to use them for His glory. Outside of teaching, I love spending time with my family, being outside in God’s creation and serving in our church. You can also find my nose in a variety of cookbooks, testing new recipes and enjoying the science of food!
