Terms of Service

By accessing or using Classwire ("the Service"), a product of Classwire, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is available to:

• Licensed preschools and childcare centers
• Independent teaching consultants and educators
• Parents and guardians invited by schools or teachers

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. School and teacher accounts must be created by authorized representatives.

Classwire provides a platform for early childhood education management, including:

• Child development tracking and progress records
• Class and enrollment management
• Tuition billing and payment processing
• Parent-teacher communication
• Document storage and sharing
• Attendance tracking

ODA (Individual Teacher/Consultant)

Individual accounts for teachers and consultants who independently manage their own classes, students, and families. The account holder is responsible for all activity under their account.

School Accounts

School accounts are created by an authorized school administrator. The school admin manages teacher access, family accounts, and school-wide settings. The school is responsible for ensuring all users under their account comply with these Terms.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password
• Not share your login credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

ODA (Individual) Pricing

• Annual plan: $99 per year
• Monthly plan: $12 per month

School Pricing

Schools are billed annually based on enrollment bands, evaluated at the start of each school year. Pricing starts at $300/year (1–19 students) and scales with enrollment. Schools with 200+ students receive custom pricing. Mid-year enrollment changes do not affect pricing until the next school year.

Platform Fee

A 0.5% platform fee applies to tuition and fee payments processed through Classwire.

Taxes

Texas sales tax (approximately 8.25%) is collected where required by law.

Billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are provided at our discretion for the current billing period only

You agree to use Classwire only for lawful, educational purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service for any purpose other than educational management
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service without permission
• Upload malicious content, malware, or harmful files
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation

Your data belongs to you. Schools and teachers retain full ownership of all data they enter into Classwire, including student records, progress notes, attendance data, and uploaded files.

You grant Classwire, LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Classwire service. This license terminates when your account is closed and data is deleted.

Data portability: You may export your data at any time. Upon account termination, you will have a 30-day window to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

The Classwire platform, including its design, code, trademarks, and documentation, is the property of Classwire, LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Classwire, LLC does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Classwire, LLC's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Classwire, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Either party may terminate the Service at any time:

• You may cancel your account through your account settings or by contacting us
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with notice where practicable

Upon termination:

• You will have 30 days to export your data
• After the export window, data is permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Any outstanding payment obligations remain due

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Material changes will be communicated via email to active account holders
• A summary of changes will be added to the Version History below

Continued use of Classwire after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
